Hello,
I can't open my Hotmail inbox, whether it's Windows Live MSN or Mail, it shows me "error code cffff82e"
However, I can log into my 2 other accounts
The problem is that my "official" one is the one I can't open
I've tried on another PC but it's the same thing
I looked online but couldn't find any solutions

I have the same problem
This morning when I opened my computer, I logged in as usual with Windows Live Messenger and it worked, but 15 or 20 minutes later, nothing, and since then I haven't been able to log in. My password doesn't work; I've tried several times... I have another account and it works. I have the error code: cffff82e. What does that mean????
I tried to reset my password and doing so was unsuccessful...

I'm in the same situation. And even when I try to change the password through the site, it doesn’t work. I think we need to wait; we are indeed the only ones in this case.

I have this problem too since December 2, 2012. Also, it was working well before my problem. The morning after December 2, nothing worked. Even with a new password, nothing changes. The same message. Plus, my account is blocked. I was warned by my husband, who told me that at 2 a.m. messages were being sent from my inbox. I was surprised because I was asleep at 2 a.m. My account is hacked, and I can't recover it. "It seriously disgusts me."
