Hotmail Account Access Issue (Error Code) Solved

Question

Hello,

I can't open my Hotmail inbox, whether it's Windows Live MSN or Mail, it shows me "error code cffff82e"
However, I can log into my 2 other accounts
The problem is that my "official" one is the one I can't open
I've tried on another PC but it's the same thing
I looked online but couldn't find any solutions

I have the same problem
This morning when I opened my computer, I logged in as usual with Windows Live Messenger and it worked, but 15 or 20 minutes later, nothing, and since then I haven't been able to log in. My password doesn't work; I've tried several times... I have another account and it works. I have the error code: cffff82e. What does that mean????

I tried to reset my password and doing so was unsuccessful...

I get the message

I have the same or a similar problem. I enter my username and password but I don't even get an error message. The page refreshes and I find myself having to re-enter my username and password... but nothing happens and it's been going on for 2 hours.
I wanted to change my password (in case that was the issue) but I get the same message as you Jolaine, temporary error blabla...
And similarly, I have another account that works fine.

What should I do?

exactly the same problem I enter my email and password the page refreshes and I am asked to enter everything again. I tried to reset my password but it's impossible.

Hello,
I have the same issue.
I enter my address and password but I don't get any error message. The page refreshes and I find myself with my first login: address to enter and password as well.
I logged in this morning, it was working and since 1 PM: impossible.
I also have 2 other addresses that work, but the main one is blocked.

exactly the same connection problems and inability to reset the password!!!
relieved not to be the only one, it's probably a technical issue on their part, but it doesn't happen to everyone because I tried with another account and it worked!!

If you want to access your emails, you need to go through the MSN homepage, log in there, and then click on Hotmail.

As for MSN, it still doesn't work, the repair doesn't function and the two boxes "Offline settings for IE" and "Wireless..." display a little /!\ yellow warning. Is it the same for you?
