Installation issues with CANON PIXMA MG3050 printer

Hello,

I can't install my MG 3050 printer on my HP computer with a 64-bit operating system running Windows 7 Ultimate, even though the CANON website has the driver and states that it is compatible.

The Windows Performance Index is 4.9

I tried using the CD and also with the driver I downloaded directly from their site, but I get the message that this program cannot be used with the current operating system.
Could you please help me as it's quite urgent?

Hello and thank you for your help. So, the first positive point is that it doesn't tell me the system is not compatible, but the printer is undetectable, and it offers me to search for it by its IP address, but I don't know where to find my printer's IP address.
