HP printer not printing characters anymore

Hello,

My HP OfficeJet 4657 printer has suddenly stopped printing black characters, only the colored header prints.
If I print the document in all black (including the header): the problem is the same: the header prints in black, but not the text...

My printer is equipped with generic cartridges that have been working well until now (although I faced serious printer blocking issues about 4 months ago due to commands intentionally sent via my Wifi connection by HP...)
Needless to say, HP seems to illegally block a printer that does not use their original cartridges whenever they wish.
Do you think this new incident is caused by HP via my Wifi?
Or does this phenomenon have nothing to do with HP’s (fraudulent) manipulation, and in that case, what could the solution be?
My computer = Mac with macOS Sierra version 10.12.6

I would like to get an opinion and a solution (if possible)
Thank you in advance

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 11.0.3

To be honest, it’s quite strange in the sense that it should either not print anything or have defects in the printout.

Maybe it's the format of the file to be printed?
If you put the text in color, does it print correctly? (test it with just a part to avoid emptying the cartridge)

Checks and tests done, if I import a document from the web (here, it is an invoice that arrived in .pdf), the text does not print.
But if I take an existing .pdf document from my computer, the text prints...
