Where to plug in the water cooling?

Hello to you.

Simple question, but I need to be sure.

My question is as follows:
On my motherboard, I have different fan headers, all 4 pins, including one "sys-pump" for the watercooling pump.
The power cable for the pump being too short, I had to connect it to "CPU-FAN" and the radiator of the watercooling to "CPU-OPT" (with a Y cable), could this cause a performance issue?

In the BIOS, everything is well taken into account, but for it, it could be either watercooling or air cooling.
What do you recommend?

    you only have one CPU-Fan connector = you connect the watercooling pump to it
    and the radiator fans of the watercooling to the CPU-OPT

    what you did
    is fine
    both are controlled by the BIOS

    for the radiator fans, you need a Y cable ???

      Hey old bison, thanks for your reply.

      Yes, since the watercooling radiator is cooled by 2 fans, there are therefore 2 cables. A Y cable was included in the pack.
