Star not working

Hello*
I just bought a Philips D2302W duo phone. Everything works wonderfully except for the star key
when I press it, the phone connects to the second phone via intercom.
On the key, there is * and int
I am very troubled because I need this key to open my gate and call my voicemail
Is there a way to activate the uppercase letters? That might be the problem

      however, I didn't quite understand the portal.
