Hello,
I have a Dslide 972 touchscreen tablet.
I want to check my CCP from this tablet.
So, I am connecting to La Banque Postale Particuliers.
I need to identify myself by entering my account number which consists of 10 digits and a letter.
No problem with the digits, but I can't enter the letter and therefore can't proceed with the process of entering my password.
As you can see, I have a numeric keypad, but if I want to press the 3 to get the letter "f," it just prints a 3.
Is there a special manipulation to do?
Thank you for your reply.

Hello,
Indeed, I thought that just like with telephone keypads, you needed to emit four impulses to display the letter "f," for example, but that's not the case; a 3 is printed, and it’s actually impossible to erase it.
That's why I thought there was a specific manipulation to perform.
As for the password, I am aware that I need to use the keypad provided by the Postal Bank; I use it every time from my computer.
There must be a way, but which one, that's the question!!
A repeated action on a number results in the repetition of that number X times, but in no case does it lead to the selection of one of the letters assigned to that number.

To erase, you need to press the x in the arrow above Next.
