Asterisk certificate non-pledge issue

Hello,

I need the certificate of non-pledge for a car from 1991 in order to file a case for a scrappage bonus. The problem is that when I enter my information on the website, my car is not recognized. When I went to inquire at the prefecture, I was informed that since there is an asterisk next to my name, I need to include it in the certificate request. However, I can’t find this "six-pointed pierced asterisk." I've tried numerous symbol codes, but I can't find it. Has anyone encountered this problem and have a solution to suggest?

      But I find it surprising that you have to enter this symbol when filling out the form on the site..
      Usually.. it only means that it’s a required field.
      Unless when they registered your vehicle registration document they made a typing error when entering it...

      You just need to press the ALT key on your keyboard and while holding it, type the number 15
      (ALT + 15)
