So webmasters don't want to pay €300 a year (that's the price) for a properly signed certificate when there is no security gain. The only advantage being that "novices" don't panic due to a warning message.

However, for the internet user, this message is not a fate. If you regularly visit a site that displays this message, it is worth doing the manipulation to stop it from showing. In Firefox:
“Firefox Preferences” => “Advanced” => Encryption => Show Certificates => Websites => (You select the website in question) => Edit => “Trust this site” => Edit the CA Level => (Check everything) => OK => OK

Every time I wanted to go to a secure site like CPAM, social security, bank, pension fund, etc., as well as on MSN Messenger, a window would appear with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle telling me that the security certificate had expired or was not yet validated.
And I couldn't connect to the site.
In the end, I realized that my clock was showing the date of 19/08/2005, which was strange, so I set my clock to the correct date and since then everything has been fine and back to normal.
I was told that I needed to change the battery on my motherboard, which was most likely responsible for this malfunction.
I got one, but I was told to replace it with the PC off, which is normal, but especially not to start Windows before setting the correct date with this new battery, by doing setup??
