Unblock a friend ---> option to distance yourself

Hello,
I will explain as clearly as possible.

Last night, I had an argument with my partner who lives abroad. In a fit of anger, I wanted to remove her from my friends list.

So, via Messenger, I clicked on the Block option.

Then I slid the Block XXXXXX toggle on Facebook, but I had a last-minute change of heart and instead of directly blocking her entirely, I chose the option: Take a break.

Now I have two options:
1- See less of xxxxx

2- Limit what xxxxx can see

Both options are checked on not friends with XXXX.

I saved it.

However, here it is; with the night bringing advice, I wanted to unblock my partner (we can still talk on Messenger, so instead of reconciling on the pillow, we reconciled through little messages).

And it’s impossible for either of us to see each other's posts and we are no longer friends and have disappeared from each other's friends lists.

I sent her another invitation, and she didn’t receive anything.

I went back to check the options I had checked the day before, and they are still active, and I can't unblock them.

What can I do?
