Hello,

Today, just wanting to ensure the complete printing of a document, I added paper to the lower tray of my printer.

Since then, I can no longer print anything, the error message being as follows: "Support code 1851: the paper output tray is set to print to disk. Open the bottom and select 'ok' "...

But I never requested to print to disk, I didn't change any settings, I really don't understand.. If someone could help me, thank you in advance :)

Configuration: Android / Chrome 64.0.3282.137

      This means she is not even 3 months old!
      If purchased in a store, I personally would return to that store with the packaging, invoice, etc.... because Canon's customer service might drag their feet...
      Emphasize that you know other users who had the same issue and that this printer was taken back from them... (this is what happened on the link above, which seems to prove that the problem is known... in my opinion >> See this link
