Unable to send a text message

Good evening,

Since last night, I have been receiving a message with error code 38, and since then, I have been unable to send a single SMS.

I am with Prixtel, and this operator uses the Orange or SFR network.
The customer service number is correct.
And my whole family is experiencing the same problem.

    error 38 is common among several operators
    in your case, if multiple people have the same issue, it is likely a problem with the mail server
    if that's the case, there's nothing else to do but wait unfortunately
