So it doesn't send any personal SMS for free.
It's a service that Orange offers:
#126*06........# then call button (instead of the dots, it's of course the phone number of the recipient) This sends a message saying that your phone number is requesting to be recharged with the number to call to recharge the mobile (of course, there is a limited number of sends ^^)

#122*06........# then call button Usable for a week once the credit is exhausted. This allows you to ask the person to call you.
