Hello everyone,
I have an Alcatel One Touch and I've been facing a small (very annoying) problem since this morning.
Indeed, I keep getting ads on my phone all the time. For example, when I want to go on Snap, an advertisement pops up, then when I hit "back," a chrome page opens up on dating sites (as if I had nothing better to do). Even when I’m not doing anything on my phone and it’s just turned on, ads appear for subscriptions to streaming sites or games.
At first, I was hitting back each time, but now it’s too much, in 5 minutes, I’ve had about ten ads. It’s unbearable when I’m reading.
Earlier, an ad appeared on my taskbar, I pressed on it for a long time and I see "application info"... (Weird, I don't think I downloaded an app to get ads!) The application in question doesn’t have any logo or title, I can't uninstall it or force stop it, it just says: "version 1.11.160426".
Do you have a solution?
Or do you know what this mysterious application is that ruined my day?

Hello,
I recommend that you uninstall the last application you installed and then restart your smartphone.
Also, clear your cache in the process.

I still don't know why I had this app, but I managed to remove it. My smartphone wasn’t letting me uninstall it because the "device administrator" option was checked. I unchecked it, and I was able to remove it without any problem; I no longer have all those intrusive ads!
