PHILIPS TV "Channel not installed"

Hello,

For some time now, I haven't been able to watch my Philips TV because "channel not installed"; it used to work perfectly before. I tried reinstalling with the code 8888, but to no avail, nothing works. I even changed the cable and location thinking it was a cable/antenna issue, but the problem is with the TV.

Have you experienced this kind of problem? How can I fix it?

Well, yes, but... if the "almost new" was perfect, warranties and guarantees wouldn't exist! :(
