Hello,
I have a small problem: when I plug my headphones into my phone (LG G4), the device recognizes the headphones and the sound doesn't come from the speakers, but it doesn't come from the headphones either; there is no static, nothing.. I plugged the headphones into my computer to check, and they work, does anyone know how to help me with a solution?

Hello,
As you said in the title: your jack socket has become defective.
Over time, using this connection (inserting and removing the jack) causes it to develop play and thus bad contacts.
Jack inputs are sensitive, and this issue of poor contact (crackling, mono, or nothing at all) is common.
Go to a repair shop, they will change the jack for you.
