Hello, my female jack socket is broken (previously, only one earphone was working, now it doesn't recognize either my earphones or my headset), I would like to know if it's possible to have it replaced by a specialist (I mean in a computer store) and how much it would cost...

My computer is a Samsung laptop, model NP300E5C-S08FR ( https://www.amazon.fr/Samsung-NP300E5C-S08FR-Ordinateur-portable-Pentium/dp/B009FY594O ), it dates back to January 2013.

Thank you in advance :) .

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 43.0.2357.130

    Hello...

In my opinion, you would do well to use an adapter like this one....

I didn't know that existed, thank you very much anyway!

And could there be compatibility issues with my sound card or W8.1? I found some cheap ones on Amazon, and I wouldn't want to have problems with that...

And I don't have the option to plug in a mini USB into my computer; it’s not really a problem since there are also adapters of this type with regular USB ports, but my question remains the same: is everything compatible with my sound card and W8.1?
