Free Box video error

Hello,

I have a problem with my Free box. My TV suddenly turns off and displays a black screen with "video error" in the middle. This happens every day! I unplug and plug the box back in. It works for a few minutes and then crashes again. I'm losing it.... Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 10.1.2

    what model of Freebox is it?
    Do you have a TV box (with the TV option of course) or just the box?
