Hello,
when I try to watch TV on the Freebox, it shows "unknown video error" in the top right corner. Yet it is connected because I can access the internet.

Swap the free plugs and re-associate them. It worked for me!
To swap the free plugs, simply unplug the two free plugs from each side and alternate them.
Then, after plugging them back in, reset them by pressing the indicator light (which should normally be green) for 15 seconds until it turns red (for both free plugs). Then we associate them by pressing the indicator light (which is red) on both free plugs for 3 seconds (the light should blink between green and orange). When it lights up green, it means they are associated; if it lights up orange, please repeat the 3-second operation.
There you go, it worked for me!
