Message "unknown video error"
Hello,
When I try to watch TV, a message "unknown video error" appears in the top right corner of the screen. I restarted the Freebox and the Freebox Player but nothing changed. I switched to a lower bandwidth but there was no better result. Sometimes it works but only for 5 minutes and then it cuts off again and the message reappears. Can you help me find the problem? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: iPad / Safari 7.0
