Recovering notes after deleting the Notes app

Hello everyone,
Unintentionally, I deleted the Notes app from my iPad while I had numerous important and indispensable notes. I then re-downloaded the app but all my notes have disappeared. It shows 0 notes. I would like to recover all the notes I lost. The problem is that (due to lack of space on my iPad) I hadn't synced the Notes app with iCloud, so I can't recover them with iCloud. MOREOVER, I tried downloading a data recovery app: FonePaw, but the app indicates that I haven't deleted any notes. So I think that deleting the Notes app was irreversible (since for other apps like photos, it shows the number of deleted items and I can recover them). So please, if you have any idea how to recover my notes, let me know! They are very important to me!
