Recovering deleted emails from the trash

Hello, I’m going to ask my question here because I have a huge problem. By mistake, I deleted all my emails and also emptied the trash... because I have nothing left. Is it possible to recover those emails and if so, how?
I thank in advance all the people who will help me.

    Hello,

What messaging app do you use and what is your Internet provider?

Thank you for your reply. It's a Gmail account and my provider is Bouygues.

Generally, the messages are also in your Bouygues email inbox. Check it out.

I created this email account by myself, not with Bouygues, so

        I don't understand.

Your provider is Bouygues, so you have the email address from this provider. Even if you use it little or not at all, this address exists.

For example: I switched from Orange to SFR. My new email address was created when I subscribed to a new plan with SFR. I use this one very infrequently. Gmail has become the default address that allows me to shop online.

Yes, my operator is indeed Bouygues, but the email address I lost everything on is in no way linked to Bouygues, for that matter. I have been with Bouygues for at least 20 years; it's possible that they created an email address for me back then, but it's not the one I need. And since it's been so long ago, I don't have that email address linked to Bouygues.
