Hello, I have a THOMSON TEO-QD10C tablet and I would like to reset it. I've looked everywhere but found no answer. It suggests solutions for resetting Thomson tablets, but when I try, it doesn't work. Please help me because I forgot my password!!

Hello, I had written directly to the Thomson site, here is the response they gave me:
Resetting a tablet running Windows
1/ First method with the keyboard connected: Accessing the UEFI BIOS is done by pressing the ESC key or FN+ESC as soon as the tablet starts up
2/ Second method without a keyboard: With the tablet turned off, hold down the three buttons ON/OFF + Volume Up + Volume Down until the UEFI BIOS is displayed

To open the Android recovery mode, with the tablet turned off, hold down Volume Up and ON/OFF.
