Resolution stuck at 1024 x 768

Good evening,

As shown in the screenshots below, my Samsung screen is stuck at a resolution of 1024 x 768 when it is usually at 1920 x 1080. I have tried several solutions: completely reinstalling the graphic drivers, restarting the PC, changing the HDMI cable. But still nothing. If you have a solution, I’m all ears. Thank you.

PS: Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 960.

    Hello.

    Unfortunately, some other PC users have had this issue... including me.

    Personally, I had a system image on an external hard drive, that's what saved me, as the old driver wasn't accessible (device manager).

      Thank you for your response, but I found the solution; I just had to unplug and replug the power cable lol.
