Hi everyone, I need your help. I couldn't find an answer to my problem on the site. I've seen questions that are similar but concern PCs; mine is with my ACER tablet: for the past few days, I haven't been able to access the internet on my tablet, even though the Wi-Fi is active and indicates that I'm connected. I can only use Messenger and a couple of apps that work, but I can't access my email box or Facebook, for example, or do a Google search??
I haven't done anything special, no modifications or updates. This isn't an issue with my box (Freebox) because everything works perfectly on my desktop computer and my smartphone (also on Wi-Fi).
Thank you for your help...

Hello,
This is coming from the Network Card. It needs to be replaced. Your Acer tablet is running on Android, is that correct?-
Hello, yes I'm on Android. My tablet is not even a year old, do you think the network card is already messed up? In that case, it's still under warranty, I'll take it to the seller... Thank you.
- Hello, after searching everywhere, I stumbled upon the settings for "backup and reset," so I reset the network, entered my password again, and oh miracle, it's working again! If it happens again, I will take it back to DARTY where my brother works (he's the one who gave it to me), he will surely find a solution to exchange it for me :) Anyway, thank you for your suggestion.
