Hello,

I recently bought a laptop (MSI GP 73 Leopard 8RE) and for some time now I can no longer detect Wi-Fi networks (which was working perfectly before).
The problem comes from my Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 network card (a little yellow triangle with an exclamation point appears in the device manager).
I tried to update the driver in several ways. First, through the device manager, but according to it all drivers are up to date. Then I went to MSI's website to download the driver; same issue. And by going through Intel's website, my problem persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the network card without success. I don't know what else to try, I hope you can help me.

Hi, how are you connected to the internet right now?
If you're on Windows 10 and can connect via cable, try the following:
In the Device Manager, right-click on your network card "Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560" and select "Uninstall". Restart your PC, open Windows Update, and search for updates. It should reinstall automatically.
If you've made settings on Windows Update to block automatic updates or anything like that, do not attempt this manipulation (or it's up to you), you will need to reinstall the driver manually.
