Thank you for your quick responses, but I solved my problem; I removed and reinserted my RAM sticks, and the BIOS asked me something, so I did it, and boom, it's good.

look in System Configuration (with the search option of the magnifying glass)
in the Startup tab, click on Advanced options...
you will check how much maximum Memory you have (you click in the little square)
you should have 8192

- The goal is not to provide a figure, but to leave it unchecked. If Windows does not see the correct capacity in use, then there is a problem. This option should not normally be used; it's more of a crutch than anything else.
Start by checking if all the drivers are properly installed and up to date.
Then, determine the RAM sticks you have. For example, you might have 4x4GB, and in that case, one stick out of three may be recognized, and it could indicate a hardware issue sometimes.
If you have 2x8GB, then we clearly know it's an option or Windows that has messed up.
A CLEARCMOS can be attempted to see if the recognized capacity is correct; if not, then a reinstall of Windows should be considered.
