Can you charge a tablet with a mini HDMI port?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 62.0.3202.84

a tablet is meant to be charged
so there should be a port for a charger
either a USB
or a female jack (a hole, you know) (like for audio headphones)
but HDMI, I don't think so!
what's the brand? model?
