Turns on and off by itself
Hello,
I have a home cinema system, Blu-ray 3D, 5.1 from Samsung model HT-D5100... purchased in 2012.
Since a while, it turns on and off by itself... even when we're watching TV... suddenly it powers up without anyone touching it... we've checked the fan... it's working perfectly, no dust... what are the solutions??
Configuration: Android / Chrome 62.0.3202.84

Hello,
Try disconnecting everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and reconnect.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
Does this device have control buttons on the front in addition to the remote control?
