Unable to enable mobile data Internet sharing.

Solved

Hello everyone,
I have a new Wiko U Feeling Prime that I received yesterday, but something's wrong:
When I try to enable the tethering (to create a Wi-Fi hotspot using my phone's mobile data), all the tethering activation options (whether Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB) are grayed out. In other words, I can't even press the button to activate tethering.
However, I can configure the connection, that's not a problem.
The issue is that the only help I have is: "Cannot share the connection or use mobile hotspots when data backup is enabled."
That seems clear, so I disable data backup in [Backup and reset], but it turns out it wasn't enabled.
After toggling data backup on and off, plugging and unplugging my phone to the PC while checking if the activation button worked (spoiler: it doesn't), searching for information online (the only relevant thing that came close to my problem was that under Android Nougat 7.1.1, this error message would actually be a message saying "Cannot share the connection etc... when the BATTERY SAVER is enabled"; which turned out to be a dead end because I tried everything on that front and nothing changed), and finally restarting my phone. All of this, in that order.
I'm posting here because I've been trying for several hours and I'm getting nowhere.
So here is some information, and I thank in advance those who might have a solution!

Phone: Wiko U Feel Prime
Android version (or phone, I don't know): 01.25.OPE.20-[nougat7.1]P7201AN
Operator: Free with the 100GB mobile data plan. (And I've only used 40MB so far)

I confirm, it works! Settings --> Data usage --> Data saver --> disable And that's it. Thanks for the info.
