Hello,
I keep sending emails through the service email form on laposte.net.
Regarding the problem I have, even with print screen I keep receiving irrelevant replies; this service is useless.
Question: when I open my connection box, I still see the deleted addresses; normally I used to highlight them and confirm by deleting, and now it doesn't work. I ask laposte.net via the form and I only get useless responses.
I open the connection and all the addresses and passwords are saved, and I want the deleted addresses to no longer appear.
Here is the response from laposte today:

Hello fififanfan,
Have you tried logging into your laposte.net email account from another browser or from a different computer?
If in both cases the same problem occurs, you can prove that the source is the laposte.net messaging software :)
If not, which browser are you using?

Thank you for your response, which was very concrete. I did as you suggested and changed my default browser from Google Chrome back to Internet Explorer, and I was able to delete the addresses as I used to. The customer service reps from laposte.net who respond to issues are incredibly useless....
Since my web was slow with Internet Explorer and had problems, I had to change it, and I switched to Google Chrome as Orange suggested, which is also slow and causes problems as well; it’s not great.
