Solved

Hello
I have an Orange box upstairs with a computer and a phone connected to the box. I would like to place a phone on the ground floor, and the T-jacks are available.
Thank you for providing me with a wiring plan.
Best regards.

    Hello,
What are the references (Brand and model) of your phones?

      Hello
The problem is not device compatibility; it's about connecting these phones in parallel. I made a wiring plan using the cables already in place on the T sockets, in order to bring the 48V phone from the box to the second phone. I can send you these plans; they are in PowerPoint.
      Best regards.

My question regarding phone models is only to verify that there is no possibility of associating these devices with each other...
If they are DECT devices, connecting the base of one of them to the box is enough.
For the second phone, no cabling is needed... it just needs to be associated with the base of the first one.
Otherwise, you can try an RJ11 splitter:
