Hello,

I have a problem with my PHILIPS HTS3220/12 home cinema regarding the connection.
The home cinema itself works, when I play a DVD I get the image on my TV and the sound through my home speakers.
My home cinema is connected to the TV via HDMI on the TV side "HDMI ARC" and HDMI on the home side.
The issue is that the sound from my TV does not go through the home cinema.
My question is why?

    Hello,
    Simply because your home doesn't support the ARC (Audio Return Channel) function
    What is the full model number of your TV?
