Disassemble Philips BT3080B Speaker

Hello, I would like to know how to disassemble my Philips speaker, as I do not see any visible screws and none under the cushioning caps underneath. I would also like to know if it is repairable, as the charging port has come off, so I can no longer charge it. Thank you.
