Problem with my Philips BT6600 speaker.

Hello,
My Phillips BT6600 speaker is brand new and recently it has become undetectable by my phone or computer, even when using the NFC function, it says that Bluetooth pairing with the speaker is impossible. The speaker has never been dropped, exposed to water, or anything like that. The blue light is flashing on and off repeatedly, I’ve searched for a solution but haven’t found any, does anyone have a solution?
Thanks in advance
Khyllar

      Good evening Papounet
Thank you for your extremely quick response, this is the first time I've created a topic, but I've already looked through the user manual to know it by heart ^^ Unfortunately, the Bluetooth remains undetectable.
I have no idea what to do and the manual doesn't indicate that we can turn off the Bluetooth on the speaker :/

It’s new, so go back to the store and ask them to pair it with your smartphone.

If they can't do it, then there’s a problem with it.

      Hello Khyllar,

Thank you for writing to us regarding your Philips BT6600 Bluetooth speaker.

If your speaker's Bluetooth is not detectable, please check that Bluetooth is turned on by pressing and holding the "pairing" button until the speaker flashes blue and white.

I also recommend fully discharging it and then performing a complete recharge of your speaker.

Once the charging is complete, I invite you to repeat your Bluetooth pairing test by checking that the network corresponding to the speaker "BT6600" appears, then click on "pair" from the connectivity menu of your audio device.

Once you have completed these steps, please contact us again and let us know how it went so we can ensure your issue is resolved properly.

We wish you an excellent day.

      Best regards,

      Philips Webcare - Mohamed
