thank you for helping me solve the issue with photos received via imo that won't open with the Windows photo viewer.
Do I need special software to open them?

      The subject of my question is how to save my photos on my computer's hard drive
      They have the jpg extension but the Windows photo viewer does not open them due to their large size according to what is displayed
