Hello,

I'm new...

I have a KONICA MINOLTA DIMAGE X50 digital camera.

When I open the lens, the viewfinder screen is white with a small battery icon in the upper left corner. However, it is a new battery that I just charged.

Le problème du zoom optique qui était bloqué a été résolu par le réparateur de chez Sony car il fallait carrément démonter l'appareil, c'était un petit ressort de cassé.

Hi Daniele,
The graphic on your battery indicates its level.
The more the rectangle is grayed out (usually from right + to left -), the more charged your battery is.
As for the white screen, especially if you've removed the cache in front of the lens and can't find the meaning in the accompanying booklet (at the end of the booklet, don't you have a list of problems with their solutions?), it's more of an issue for the seller and customer service.

So, having no luck with all the electronic products, I broke one of my cameras by damaging the screen. I sent it back to customer service, who asked me to pay 115 euros when my device cost 99 euros. So, in conclusion, I think it's better to send it back and see how much it will cost you, but often it's a part that is expensive and not covered under warranty because it is usually due to a fall... Hello, I have a problem transferring photos from my digital camera to my PC. Nothing happens when I connect the USB cable. The system seems to no longer recognize the device. The same goes for the webcam, except that I get a message saying that the installation wizard has detected new hardware, but it doesn't seem to work, and when I try to reinstall my webcam using the installation CD, it's often interrupted by a message stating that something seems to be missing in the win32 system and that I need to specify the path or directory for installation. This has been going on for a while. I tried with another webcam from a different brand, and I get the same error message. For your information, both webcams from Hercules and Maxell, as well as the digital camera from Sony DSC-S60, have worked before on this same PC. A member advised me yesterday to restore the system because it might be an update that has stopped the USB ports from working. Hello!! I am in Germany and in Würzburg, and my Nikon digital camera is not working anymore. As soon as I turn it on, the screen is blurry, it beeps continuously, and the zoom moves by itself. Clément If your device is still under warranty don't worry, you just need to take your device to Nikon France; you have the address on the warranty. You should even call them to find out exactly what you need to include with your device because from my memory, I had to write a letter explaining what the problem with my device was, the receipt that indicates if the device is still under warranty based on the date, and another paper, but I can't remember what it was. I hope I have met your expectations. Good luck. And I think Nikon really has a problem with their optical blocks. Sorry for the mistakes. lol.

Horror during a transfer of my photos from the day to my computer, I see that the LCD screen of my Dimage X50 is broken, a white image with a black geometric shape in the middle, probably due to a shock even though the camera was in its case in my pocket. And that's how such beautiful technology, allowing real-time control of the image on a color screen with settings to modify a bunch of shooting parameters, is out of order, which complicates the possibility of taking well-framed photos. You can always take photos the old-fashioned way with the classic viewfinder, then fiddle around with photo software on the computer, but still! I'm really disappointed that the designers of this kind of device equip them with LCD screens made of half-millimeter thick glass! So my dear brother, be careful, it can happen to you. One must understand that nothing is made today to last; sooner or later, it has to break and become irreparable, so be it. One thing remains possible for each of us depending on our abilities: "make money" by all honest means available to the competent citizen. If you have any idea to help ease my sorrow, I would be grateful; deprived of the joy of taking beautiful photos, I will cuddle my wife this weekend, and I have a ton of other interests, so don't worry too much about me.

I found the problem  lens means lens,  so it's your zoom that's having an issue, mine was twisted, I just had to force it and put it back in place and the problem was solved  it couldn't open, that's why the batteries were draining very quickly

Notice to anyone having issues with optical blocks; it could actually be just dust accumulating in the lens. I fixed this problem by putting the lens in front of a vacuum cleaner nozzle turned on to "super power," and voilà, no more optical block issues! My device is working perfectly again!

I have exactly the same problem. I went to report it since my device was barely a month old, and it said there was a problem with the optical block. I received an email saying that the warranty does not apply because the device was dropped (I have a shockproof case, and it has never been dropped). So the result is a repair cost of 127.06 euros, or if I refuse the repair, I have to pay 36 euros in repair fees or abandon the device without any fees, with a new value of 179 euros. So if I were you, I would buy a new one; it would be cheaper.
