I'm not receiving texts from one of my contacts anymore.

Hello,
For a week now, I haven't been receiving texts from one of my important contacts. He can call me and receive my texts, but I can't receive his. I've tried everything, changing phones, turning it off, etc. and nothing works. He is with Bouygues and has no issues with his other contacts. I'm with Free and have an Xperia M5; I don't have the option to block texts from a person.
I've contacted Free and they don't have any answers. Does anyone have an idea?

I had a problem with SFR operator and Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I solved the problem by disabling the SMS antispam:
From the SMS app, without getting into a discussion, to display all contacts: open the menu (button at the bottom left or top right depending on the Android version), select settings, "select call ID and spam protection" or "antispam" and disable it, whether there are selected numbers or names. It worked for me.
