Kobo Aura 2 e-reader screen locked

Question

Hello,
I have a Kobo Aura Edition 2 e-reader, and the screen has frozen while changing pages...
And on this version of the e-reader, there is no Reset button, so I can't reset it with a paperclip.
Has anyone ever had this issue? And especially a solution?
The battery is not dead, it's charged to nearly 100%.
