Hello,
My Acer Aspire E15 (E5-575-55DE) suddenly disconnected from WiFi.
Since then, the icon in the bottom right (with the small waves) shows a red cross and when hovering the mouse over it, it says "not connected - no connection is available."
My WiFi is turned on, airplane mode is off, and the other PCs in the house are connecting without any issues.
In "network settings," I clicked on "troubleshoot," and it suggests that I restart the router. I reboot the Box, click on "check if the problem is resolved," and it tells me "problem with the wireless network card or the access point (not fixed)" and "a network cable is not properly connected or is damaged (detected)."
In the Device Manager, I can find "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 wireless adapter" among the cards, and it indicates that the device is working properly and the driver is up to date.
Since it's been a while since I sorted my files/folders/software, I backed everything up on an external drive and formatted the PC.
As of now, it's like when I received it new, except that the WiFi still doesn't work, with exactly the same issues as before formatting.
Do you have a solution please? I really need it for work...
Thank you.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
In the Network reset screen, select Reset now > Yes to confirm the operation.
Wait for your PC to restart to see if the problem has been resolved.

After restarting, no Wi-Fi detected.
:(
No change, still a red cross.
