How can we ask for €15 for a wifi connection in the Pierre et Vacances domain of Bordaberry in the Basque Country when we know that it barely works or is extremely slow!!!
Could we not start by boosting the signal on the box or doing what’s necessary before asking for money for something that doesn’t work?
Pierre et Vacances then hides behind saying it’s not us and deal with Passman. It’s not cool, not cool at all.
So take the bull by the horns and take the wifi service seriously and make it work for real!!! It’s all well and good to fleece customers who, while on vacation, don't want to risk an cancellation to get a refund after returning from their trip and just give up (that’s always a win for you!!)
THANK YOU for doing what it takes for the integrity of customer service.

Hello

This kind of complaint should be addressed on the concerned e-commerce site....

Here you are on the CCM computer help forum and logically we can’t do anything about either the debit or the billing of a holiday center....

See you

Hi,
it's quite strange and surreal to think that there are people willing to request a refund for a vacation rental because the wifi connection is a bit weak
On the other hand,
charging an extra fee for that is pretty lame; we include it in the price, we take the hit, and that's it.
