Antivirus blocking Spotify

Hello everyone,
Since yesterday, whenever I try to launch Spotify on my Windows 10 computer, my antivirus (Dr Web) puts Spotify.exe in quarantine because it claims the threat is: "DPD:Win32.KME.based".
I have therefore uninstalled and reinstalled it, I have downloaded a handful of antivirus or software in this area but nothing works :/
And I don't know if this is related, but since that same moment I can no longer download software from the Internet :(
Please help me :)

  When I download software, it is not in the downloads folder or anywhere else, whether on Chrome or another browser.

It smells like a false positive,

Perform an online scan with NOD32 and save the report. Send it to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and provide the link here.

If nothing is detected, add Spootify to the Dr.Web whitelist

After a very long scan, the software displays a pop-up saying it has stopped working. I restarted it, but the same problem occurred.

  Add the Spotify file to exceptions in Dr.Web
  I think it's a detection error.

  Dr Web has quarantined this: DPD:TROJAN:MulDrop, so it seems I have a virus.

  It is located in the file C:\Windows\mod_frst.exe
  Kaspersky found nothing, it all seems really strange to me.
