Hello,

I have a problem with my Epson XP 510 printer, it shows an error that the ink pad is at the end of its service life, contact Epson. Can anyone help me with how to unlock the ink carriage that no longer moves so I can clean the ink pad? I've tried everything to move it manually but it's impossible. Could you help me so I can unlock this infamous ink carriage? Thank you for your help, Marie.
