Hello

I can no longer connect to the internet from my Acer tablet (Aspire SW5 -012) running Windows 10. The error message is as follows: "the Realtek RTL 8723 BS WIRELESS LAN 802.11n SDIO ADAPTER is having driver or hardware issues", what can I do since I am unable to connect to the internet?

      My PC is equipped with DriersCloud, do you think it's possible for me to download the necessary drivers onto a USB stick and then transfer them to my tablet???

      Just read the second paragraph of the page I mentioned to you; you will indeed need another PC to download the drivers and then install them via a USB key.
