Hello,

I can't get my wifi key to work. Indeed, when I plug it in, Windows gives the following message: "The device driver could not be installed."
I've searched online, but I can't find anything. Can anyone help me?

Here is the description of the key:

USB 300 Mbs WLAN Dongle
CMP-WNUSB40
Realtek RTL8192CU Wireless LAN 802.11n 2.0 Network Adapter

Good evening,
Are you sure that --> RTL8192CU is the correct number for the Realtek?
In the device manager, right-click on Realtek, details, what is the device instance ID number?
