Hello,
I wanted to do some cleaning on my hard drive because it’s full, and I came across a program named: KB4023057, and its publisher is Microsoft Corporation.
I found it strange because Microsoft program names are typically in English, and this one wasn’t. So I went online to find out what this program is, but I couldn’t find anything. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

      But what does this update consist of?
      But why is this KB in the list of programs when the other KBs are not?
      Why can't the Windows search utility find it?
      And if I uninstall it, what will happen?
