Hello,
I have made several updates and this is the only one that persists.
I have tried several things, and I feel like I'm going in circles, so I'm coming to ask for your help.
I can't tell you exactly what I've done...
Do you have any idea what to do? What else would you like to know to help me?

your version of W10 is dated 10/17/2017 --> 1709 16299 Redstone 3 Windows 10 1709 October 17, 2017 --> click here
to update your PC, do this:
PS: if the PC is a laptop, plug it into the power supply
do you have any antivirus other than Windows Defender on the PC?
1) close all your running programs
2) download the W10 upgrade utility to your desktop --> click here
3) run it as an administrator (right-click), and follow the instructions during the upgrade
when the upgrade is complete, check if you have version 21H2 (the latest version of W10)
to check, repeat the procedure --> in search, type WINVER and click Open
