Gray Screen on Startup

Hello,
Since yesterday I wanted to do a quiet restart and then when the computer turns on boom gray screen no possibility to do anything. I would like to get a response pretty quickly please.

    My problem has been solved! It was a virus :(
    Sorry I didn't provide many details because I was in a hurry and worried :(
    If you have the same problem, you need to press F4 when starting the computer, then select to restore to your last recorded restore point, and normally that's it. I might not have explained it well, but there you go.

      Hello, I have the same problem on my PC but I don't understand anything about computers. Could you detail your troubleshooting?
      You mentioned F4 at startup, do I need to hold down the Fn key and F4, then power on? You mentioned tapping F4????
