DVD display with a red filter

Hello,
when I play a DVD in the JVC UX-G68 player, the display comes out with a red filter on my PANASONIC TX-26LXD71F TV
whereas before the display was perfectly normal
since changing the antenna standards I have a SCHAUB-LORENZ TNT-755MPEG4 decoder but even if I unplug it, the problem persists
could you help me understand what is happening and get the situation back in order

Hello
If this player is connected via SCART to your TV, it should output an RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) signal. This SCART connector must be faulty or its contacts are oxidized and only allow the red signal to pass through.
Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting it?

It works, I must have moved the JVC player while cleaning behind the wires and indeed the Peritel was not properly reconnected.
