Hello,
click on Start, in the search bar, type "Regedit" and hit enter
after the components of the registry are displayed, click on:
> HKEY_CURRENT_USER
> software
> Microsoft
> Windows NT
> Current Version
> Windows
right-click on Windows and select "Permissions"
In the Permissions window, add Everyone and check the Full Control box.
Confirm by clicking Apply and restart the computer
