Hello,
Following a Windows 10 offer at a good price from "entelechargement.com" via email, I placed an order and was then informed by them that I would not be able to activate it in Brazil, where I reside. This restriction was not mentioned in the ad. Microsoft Brazil confirmed the information. Therefore, I did not download the software. And, as proposed by the seller, I requested a refund. However, for the past three weeks, no credit has appeared in my bank account supporting the purchase: €119.98 via the company EPTIMUM. SURPRISE!! All my complaint emails have been reported by them as 'illegible', asking me to call 01 777 00 540!!! This smells like a scam!
Is anyone else in the same situation with this very, very dubious site, to put it politely?

To purchase Windows 10, it's here, on the OFFICIAL site: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/store/d/product/D76QX4BZNWK4/0004

Certainly, €131.00 is tempting too! But what to do if you're retired, neither a student, nor a teacher, nor a rector, nor a Minister of Education? Moreover, this only certifies that this W10 can be activated outside the commercial borders defined by Microsoft US.
Microsoft Brazil offers the full Home software for #128 including VAT. While life there is three times cheaper and the French translation of the pt-br version is very approximate. Where is the time when Microsoft promoted W8 for 3 installations at the price of one? These W8s will still have a long life... thanks to the ease of Android... which is wreaking havoc among the youth!

In that case, let's go to Cdiscount.
We can find legal pro versions for not much money, for less than 30 euros.

Of course, we receive an email afterwards where we find the license number plus a download link.
Cdiscount is a reputable site, so there's no problem with it.
Furthermore, it's enough to read the customer reviews.

Here’s an interesting piece of advice! I'm immediately testing the purchase of W10 Home for 10 euros! Casino has created a subsidiary CDiscount in Brazil, which is very efficient, but does not have such promotions!

You buy a version of Windows from an unsolicited email, so it's spam.

I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.

I am adding to my list of scammers: 24instant.com, a 'Swiss' site that sells access to streaming sites... which are for sale! Or gives vouchers that the site refuses!
